    Gale 40hp wont fire

    I have a 63 Gale outboard that will turn over okay but doesn't not fire. I know nothing about boat motors and I am very mechanical on motorcycle, car, etc. It looks small and basic but not sure what the deal is. First boat and not sure how these things work. Any ideas?
