    1993 mariner od160931

Mercury/Mariner are the same motor after the late 80s. Only difference between them is the tag that says what color to paint it and what decal package it gets. Buy the Mercury manual for that serial # and fix your motor.

Then I ask you what your motor has to do with the OPs because you have a 95 115 and the OP has an 82 50 hp. and you feel attacked. I did not see the commonality between those 2...

    Trophy 1703 motor choice

You will lose a bunch of power in that switch. The 3 cylinder 90 Yamaha is not a powerhouse by any means. Is this a 3 or 4 cylinder 125 hp? If it is a 4 cylinder it is a 2+2 motor which has its own quirks but is an excellent motor. If it is a 3 cylinder 125 that makes it an opiti max which is a...

    1996 25 HP 3 cylinder

First off that motor came with A VRO from the factory. Second it was a pos 2 pump system that had a high failure rate. Be happy it's gone. The ignition is the big dollar item as lt is crazy expensive. It has a hybrid optical system I believe.
