    Just making sure by saying no voltage across the breaker you don't have the meter or test light hooked up to both sides do you? You need one side to ground. You try to reset it like Fun Times mentioned?

    Hard to see but trace the wires. Might be your fuel pump relay. My relays for the ignition were by my ignition not at the motor.

    When you turn it the choke flap should move. I think turned all the way to the right the choke is going to be stuck open when cold which isn't what you want.

    I would adjust by where you live and not just stick to the notches. Mine is somewhere in the middle. I live in Hawaii so I don't have crazy weather swings to deal with.

    My DB pump lasted all of 6 months before it started leaking around the pump and reservoir. On the to do list to take apart and see if I can re-seal it. Hope its just an o ring.

    Mine wasn't leaking at the gasket and the passages looked very similar to the OPs. $750 is nothing in the boating world and better than having a locked up engine.

    Well $750 or it can cost you a lot more down the road. Monitor the manifolds they rust and get pin holes. Next thing you know you have water in your cylinders. I tried to stretch mine this year and ran into that issue.

    I think you are getting side tracked by the fuel pump. One thing at a time. I'd work on getting it to crank first. Starter works when you jump it so obviously 12V is not getting to the Y/R on the starter. Go back to the 87 on the starter relay and check for 12V when cranking.

    Tandem axle trailer weight?

    Lets try what truck do you have? #2500 is probably a tandem axle cargo type trailer and not one for boats. So a lot more metal on it for railings full platform and I'm assuming some sort of ramp.
