    Easily solved by using a small AGM battery and a diode. With the diode in place TO the battery and a wire from the +12v side of the harness to the diode you will keep the battery charged when the engine is running and will not draw from it when starting the motor.

    If there is fuel in there now pump it into containers ,etc. Then fill with water to almost the top. Fuel will be on top. syphon it off, fill to the top with water and drill away.. Pump the water out let dry using shop vac on"blow"

    Apparently this is the new style (pressed on bearings). I assume I don't need to remove all off the shaft, just back off some tension and re-set the rolling torque with new nut and washer... correct? If you indeed have the Alpha 1 and the gears are the originals ,remove the nut and slide off...

    standard cooling system with no upper hoses Looking at the diagram your missing the hoses to the riser, not allowing water to exit and cool untill the Tstat is open

    Did they install the wrong oil pump ,a hi-vol instead of a reg normal pump. Defective by-pass spring reliefe. A hi-vol oil pump requires atleast a 12 Qt pan lest you lose oil at the high rpm`s
