    There is no miracle fuel additive that will fix it. If it was done before and you still have a problem than that points even more to replacing it. It's either your tank is decomposing or you are buying fuel that is no good. How big is the tank and it's aluminum I take it?

    Your sure that was the kill wire right? Almost sounds like a intermittent kill switch. Weird how it won't just die on its own.

    Well people complain of that senario and change it out with success so.....I guess so. Never happened to me. Racerone said 9 out of 10 times that's it....so I hope so. Coils under the flywheel can do it, bad wires..... I'm just hoping your not flooding it or something but if you have no spark...

    Not to sound condescending here, but you did put pre-mix fuel in it? 90psi....she's had plenty of use.

    The primer knob is working correctly if you feel some resistance when using. It will not need 5 pull/pushes. Once the engine is warm don't use it. That said, you must be diligent looking for cracked or broken wires. Under the mag plate and such. Could be your power pack is heating up and...

    When it does it try pumping the primer ball....if that keeps it running then points to fuel pump. Otherwise, you need to address Racerone's questions.

    What kind of gas? Portable tank or onboard? Old? Any fuel filters? Can be lots of things but could point to these things.

    I take it you pumped and bled out the oil correctly when you installed the vro?

    Good point. I saw one bolted to the inside of a thermostat cover once. If that was the case it would fiz until the zink was gone. Gaskets and seals should not be affected.
