    How tough of a job is it? My 1996 5.7Gi is bleeding oil from the rear main seal and needs to come out. Is this a difficult job? I have the time but not the experience. Not afraid to tackle it, however. Not sure if an engine cherry picker would reach over my boat? Any advice? Thanks...

    Using Wire Jump to Activate Faulty Tilt Motor

    What's the trick to bypassing my relays at the tilt pump to get my outdrive lifted up? I have a 1996 Volvo Penta DP-S. Do you just place an alligator clip on a wire to the battery and then run the other end to the tilt motor (blue wire)? Thanks in advance, Eric 22' Davis

    Longevity of Volvo Penta 5.7Gi Gas Engine?

    Mine is starting to leak oil. I've noticed about 8 drops below crankcase after a day of boating. Is this a concern? Also some oil are rear main seal, not much though. I have 1300 hours on it. What is the typical life expectancy of these engines? Thanks, Eric 22' Davis
