    conecting a portable sonar to 12 volt battery

    slow speed adjustment

    1976 40hp evinrude 40604a i am missing the linkage and the plastic bell arm for the slow speed adjust. my question is which way do i turn the needle valve to make it run more rich? i was going to just turn to find out but i was not sure if i could mess it up somehow.
