    I noticed that too from the pictures. Use a level on the trailer frame and on the gunnels. You may need a straight edge across the gunnels to do that. If the starboard side was lifted a little the bow eye would align.

    I don't think fuel restriction is connected to the SLOW, just the buzzer. The buzzer would sound a steady buzz when my fuel line got pinched once or twice when I tilted the motor from up to down.

    Had an almost identical thing happen on my 150 some years ago. In my case the little roller on the throttle cam folower had fell off. The roller and C clip were laying in the lower housing and a 10 minute fix.

    Can't help much with that particular hull but it looks a lot like a copy of one of Forrest Wood's Ranger boats from the early 70's. Back in those days many fiber glass boat makers would "borrow" other companies designs.
