    The magnets are pretty chewed up. I ordered a flywheel from ebay along with a stator and voltage regulator. When everything arrives, I'm going to install these parts along with the new kill switch and begin testing the CDM units. I'll update by the weekend. Thank you for all the advice.

    I took the flywheel and stator off and found the magnets in the flywheel to be quite damaged. 261 9007-C4 was stamped inside the flywheel. Attached are some pics. I'll take more this afternoon. Thank you in advance.

    Caltric has a stator on ebay that fits 96-99 Force 120 hp ELPT and ELPT 25 Do you think this would be the right part?

    I think my whole spark problem is that I believed that the motor was a 1994. I bought a new stator and voltage regulator for a 1994 model. If the motor is a 1996-1999 the stator and regulator may be different from the 1994 model.

    Well the guy sold the motor I was hoping to buy, so shaft length is not as important to me right now. I do need to get the lower unit off, and she does not want to budge. I going to start a new thread to try to get some advise on that. Thanks for the assistance. Griggsmars

    94' Suntracker pontoon 30' controls question

    I don't believe is is the kill switch. I tested it by wiring it up to a bilge pump I had. The bilge did not run when the switch was in the ON position, but did run when it was in the OFF position as if the lanyard was pulled off. Not sure if it is a normal open or normal closed situation...
