    I opened up the pump and got the gears to move freely but once I put it all back screwed on it doesmove but with a ratchet and socket. And it moves easily. There are 2 bigger balls and a smaller one under a spring.

    I moved the top one. The bottom is stuck. That nipple is pretty bad I tried to spin it to remove at it did a few turns really hard to grab.

    Wanted to point out that there is a lip on the contact area and it is not flat with the surface so it will press against the seal. I hope that's the way it should be.
