    I've cleaned the carb 3 times. Same carb works fine on another motor.

    I would imagine so. Fuel pump and reed valves are the only things I haven't touched yet.

    I took them from a working DONOR motor. Bad parts put back on the DONOR motor worked perfectly fine.

    Its rope - pull start . All my other outboards start easily with a bit of throttle. This refuses to start unless only the slightest amount of throttle is applied .

    I've rebuilt carb three times, new plugs, cdi, coils, ignition wires, thermostat, impeller, gear oil, and replaced everything under the flywheel. Compression is 121 and 119. Beautiful strong spark both warm and cold

    Seller removed the ID tag. Could be stolen and repainted
