    Do the rams move both directions or are they stuck. Test this.. remove hoses just before rams and put a coupling to both hoses, then test if pump goes both ways. And while hoses are off check for freedom of movement.

    Pic1, oil in lower Pic2, double ground wires Pic 3&4, shows position of drive to bottom of boat. Trimmed as low as it goes. Both coils ohm out at 5.7 I know all the connections are clean and good. didnt check voltage today. Yesterday Was test day. I am packing to take son to a scout camping...

    I used type c I think. I need to check the bottle. I just need to check all the cheap issues before I throw real money at it. I thought the prop was solid without a hub but I will check that. Is it possible for the drive foward spring to slip like that with the correct fluid in it?

    OK I am back on this thread..... Splashed boat today and motor ran ok. No strange noises. I real issue. At about 2200 rpm drive let's loose. Back off and it works fine as long as I don't hit 2200 rpm. It has both new splined drive shafts. I need an opinion from an electric shift wizard

    Motor ran well but have a issue with lower drive. Didn't leave me stranded but would slip at 2200 rpm. As long I stayed around 2k seemed good

    HARDENED tang washer. Don't use chinesium. Bearing race will spin a little and if washer is cheap it will gall up and sieze bearing.
