    I think you will find it's a winner. If I'm going fishing I just unsnap the carpet and roll it up and stow it in the cuddy with the beer cooler.

    You mentioned that the body of the craft looks good as far as you can see. The problem with boats is most don't see far enough. Before you dump a bunch of coins into the motor be sure to look far enough to actually see the structure of the hull.

    I have done this, I had a piece of copper soft pipe so I could access the lowest end of the tank.thats where the water settles..

    Nothing wrong with it in a pleasure boat, I wouldn't want it in a fishing boat. My Searay has snapin carpet, it's comfortable on bare feet.

    damaged suspension or axle is mis-aligned. maybe the frame is bent. You need to give it a good look and do some measuring.

    pack rat, hoarding, its a disease. I've got it bad. you just have to take the first step and then after the stuff is gone you feel free again.
