Almost two inch pork chop reverse seared, dijon/white wine/cream sauce with a fridge dump salad (used bread from our Russian neighbor to make killer croutons)
Wife wanted salmon, so one steak, wild rice mixed with buttered basmati and bell pepper, a caprese salad and chives. All veggies from the garden and my world famous tater sauce.
Here is a pic. We misjudged the heigth of the peice we had to weld on (not enough room on the tongue) so the bottom step would not slide under the truck bumper so added a couple one inch tubes and longer bolts.
Kids coming for a pizza lunch today (and pool time) so I keep small portions of char sui in the freezer ready to cook. Going to try sliced with a hoisin base, some mozzarella and red cabbage drizzled with more gochuchang.
There will be many that say seafoam is a waste of money, I'm a believer however. For 8 bucks why not try? Last time I used it was on my pressure washer that had not been run in at ,east four years and had fuel in the carbs when put up. After two tankfuls it was able to run without the choke...
