    The boat is a lund Tyee the boat is at maximum hp rating, the young man only has 1 foot in the binding. I do not know what the current prop is I just know that there is a better prop for pulling skiers than what I have on the boat.

    Having a "rare" vintage boat can be a pain when you stop for gas or at the boat landing people want to tell you about the boat their uncle had or talk about the boat. It gets old.

    Live on a lake I do not leave the fish/ski boat in during the week. I figured out the perfect launch back down put in the plug grab the 20' rope anchor it on the cleat, string the rope on the gunnel, unhook the chain and strap back in boat floats off the trailer no snags I pull up park the truck...

    I bought a nice under deck ladder for my pontoon, won't work for me because the trailer I rent to take it out has the cross member on the front of the deck. frustration.

    Sold another boat today, I should say I finally got paid for a boat I sold. Gotta love family members especially when you give them a great deal. I sold my 1448 jon boat with a prop tunnel sitting on a trailer for $1000. Only 1 boat left the sell the 1957 Flying D.

    I should explain myself and my position on pontoons, I live on a lake have a dock with a pontoon and a sport boat that works for fishing or pulling a skier or a tube. Sure you can pull a skier with a pontoon but is it ideal?

    It is a pontoon not a real high performance hull. It is a barge not a sport boat.
