    Yeah , or lacking power for some other reason , I cant help thinking that with 25hp it should leap out of the water , but if you have 25hp pushing the back end down maybe not so much :)

    I have always used Valvoline outboard oil , originally because I got it dirt cheap thru work , but I kept using it after that because I never had oil related issues in anything I put it in . If I had to premix it I did 50:1.

    Another reason to mount kicker on the port side is that for some reason the transom mounted sonar transducer gets less interference from the prop while on the move if mounted on the starboard side ( as per the install instructions )
