    Companies in the US ship to Canada all the time, unless your 6 hp is a rare bird, there should be a number of props laying around most prop shops, Ebay, or other marine shops. Small engine props are not normally in much demand.

    Chances are you will be fine due to the fact you have stabilizer in the fuel already. Hope your surgery goes well, get yourself recovered and dont worry, sounds like you have been doing the right things with your fuel anyway. Nothing wrong with E10 no matter what the fear mongers want you to think.
