Post a pic of your starcraft!

I kinda wonder how difficult it would be to take an old aluminum pickup canopy and replicate this top.

    Hey Newbies

Oh, and yes, I apologize for not doing what was expected when I first started posting here at i-boats. I originally was anxious for some answers because I'd been shopping for an old StarCraft like my late father-in-law's. I saw one for $1400 on CL that had a Suzuki 75hp outboard. When I started...

    Hey Newbies

Been there. Both sides. I was a moderator years ago on a tech forum. I've been a member of many forums. Now, 20 years later things don't come as easy as they did then. I used to get so frustrated with newbies and reply with just as a short sharp response as many of these examples posted in...

    Starcraft on C-list/ebay!

*Not Mine* I did what I could to figure out how to get a title for this boat. And there is No HIN on it. So I gave up considering buying it. If someone here is interested it. PM and I'll give you what I found out about it from the Oregon Marine Board. https://offerup.com/item/detail/1338438639...

Great! If you noticed the pics, It's really clean.

    Suzuki 75hp

Good point about using the straps to take the load off the trim mechanism. But the transom is bad. I bought the boat Friday. I wanted to know if an 80's Suzuki was a decent motor. I knew I'd be fine with the boat, and knew it needed a transom. But I wanted to know about the motor itself.

    Suzuki 75hp

The transom is in desperate need of repair. The straps are taking the load off of the transom.

How to know what model StarCraft

I need to clean it up more. I just got it yesterday, but I've been wanting an 18 foot StarCraft for a couple years now. It's what my father-in-law had.

How to know what model StarCraft

Okay, thanks. I do want to hang around here. Sometimes when someone is new it takes them awhile to get around. I joined here two years ago and didn't come out of the gate posting all over. I'll sit back and take some time to get used to how people like things done here. Like I said, I've been...

My new to me 1970 18' holiday

Nice boat. I like the paint scheme. Mine is solid olive green. Looks a little too army for me. But if I did some graphics/accents like yours in black, I think it would look pretty cool.

How to know what model StarCraft

Well, this is why I'm confused. I posted in the splashwell thread that was on the exact topic I wanted to discuss. You then post this: "Start a topic about your Starcraft and ask questions there. Closed". . So you close that thread. I then start my own thread asking a different question not...

How to know what model StarCraft

I'm really confused about how I'm supposed to post. I have spent time in a lot of forums and most want people to post their question in an existing thread so topics stay consolidated. Perhaps you can give me a rundown how, where, and when, you would prefer me to post.

Splashwell removal 18ft SS ob model.

I need to repair the upright brackets that support the transom, and I'll most likely will need to remove part of the splash well to access the whole bracket. Currently searching for pictures or videos on how to.
