    Anyone have an experience with these performance chips that just plug into the OBD port? I saw one the other day that claims an extra 5 mpg. Apparently it’s not a permanent tune and only works when plugged in then everything goes back to factory when removed. Just wondering if they really work...

    I think I saw a vid on this flux brand not long ago but it was for 15hp equivalent. Even that only had a 45 minute run time. Good for a tender but not much else.

    That’s was my favorite me time back in the day. I would drive 100’s of miles with no real destination in mind. I ended up in keywest once and decided to sleep in my truck for the weekend. It very memorable moment still to this day and it was 45 years ago.

    If your sure everything is free wooden wedges can be your friend. Sometimes these this can be a bear but patience pays and then sometimes they win the fight.

    Get an OEM or Sierra kit and try agin. I have seen many cheap amozon kits with miss matched needles and seats which would explain your leaking carb. And follow Crosbymans instructions when cleaning. Best

    I have to ask as it’s important to know. Did you pull the flywheel or just the nut to check the key? A lot of people will just take the nut off and look and assume all is well and that doesn’t work. Or they will not torque the nut when they put it back on and then it shears. No disrespect we...

    Have you tried switching the plug wire as mentioned before? If so pull the flywheel and check the key to be sure it’s not sheared.

    Maybe you have dumped too much fuel down the carb. Pull the plugs and turn it over a few times to clear the cylinders and try again. Is this a new to you motor?
