    Yup and then it back fires. Once that happens she starts right up. The plugs are fouling though so it’s definitely getting too much fuel.

    The kit was an OEM kit. The old needles were definitely bad the rubber was deformed

    @jerryjerry05 i replaced the needles. The old ones were rubber tipped but the replacement ones that came in are metal tipped

    I purchased the replacement plastic floats and they made my engine run horribly. So I put the old rubber ones back in. @pnwboat

    @puffitu according to the manual it says carb floats should be set parallel to carb body.

    I ended up figuring out how to adjust the floats. I’ve replaced the needle and all gaskets but I’m still leaking fuel from my carbs.

    Pierce the HT? I thought I need to cut the insulation back and fold the wire back then attach connector. Am I wrong thinking this?

    Sorry for late reply I couldn’t log on due to the new updated forum. I purchased the 85-63709A boot kit off of eBay for $20. Came with a total of 8 boots and connectors. The seller said it would work with my 1988 125hp force motor but I’m still not 100% sure to be honest
