Try disconnecting the 2 wire connectors at/on the ignition control module (ICM) mounted on the port side exhaust riser elbow for a minute then plug them in and go for a ride and see if the warning horn has stopped sounding off...

Being a 2007 engine year the carb should be a TKS (Turn Key Start) so getting access to the air mixture screw is a bit more challenging and it takes a special fitting tool to help adjust the screw.
