    if they come apart ok, very easy to rebuild. basically glorified o-rings. if they dont come apart due to corrosion, etc. new cylinders will be needed.

    Here is where I go for marine rebuild kits. (they are an hour north of me) they list just the seal kit for Volvo Penta and a seal/rod kit with an improved piston.

    texas has had some cold temperatures over the last 16 years. I would pressure test the water jacket to make sure the block and heads are not cracked. I would remove the manifold and do an acetone test. a lot of work to get that boat back up to snuff.

    The water pressure sensor is not rated for water. It's an oil pressure sensor. It's been covered before. Search the forums
