    I got the outer chines all cleaned sealed and re-fastened on . I bedded all the joints in with Mahogany 5200 . Had to install the lift ring at the transom along with the support boards for the rudder and shaft strut bracket . I had to order some more large SB screws for different things . Most...

    It was painful to watch … Other than that first play the defense wasn’t completely horrible . The offense couldn’t run the ball at all . Our QB is average at best . His numbers weren’t awful though . But that int at our goal line was a killer . Biggest problem imo is coaching . But still...

    Still fine tuning that .. It’s actually made in 3 pieces and I was able to use the old stem to get the right slope . A lot of hand work with the angle grinder with a flap disc mostly . I still need to do some shaping at the very top of the stem . I will install the bottom planks and fine tune...

    Actually started some Sandusky CC red bilge paint in the stringers and frames ! Getting closer to installing the bottom ! I am taking the outer chines off still . Cleaning them up sealing and re-installing ..Then I should be ready for the inner layer of the bottom ….

    Started to give the ribs the porcupine treatment to fill the screw holes .. Also the first bit of CPES was put on the whole keel and the new stringer .
