A little weight in the bow may help also . Place a sandbag or 2 in the bow and see how that effects the performance. A nice folding 3hp backup motor in a case would be good . 🙂

It’s just one spot on the stringer . Once I get the motor out we can get a better idea on the damage .
I think jus water collected were the motor cover and deck boards came together .
