    As for the cover . . . although it was not meant for my boat, the price was right :LOL:. I may modify it at some point to provide a window for the solar panel on the soft top and to tighten the fit. Not even on my priority list though :ROFLMAO:

    When working in colder temperatures, I've used hair dryers and/or space heaters to heat up the area to be glassed and kept the heat on for the next 24 hours after glassing. Blankets, tarps whatever works. Just be cognizant of the flammability and avoid re-cycling the air.

    The hose looks like it might have another 1/4" to go onto the recirculating pump fitting, which may help. Otherwise it looks OK . . . not perfect, but OK.

    Guys . . the published spec's is 4,437 WITH the 5.0 I/O engine, so it is a fair bet that the engine is included in the dry weight. Outboard boats are often spec'd without engine. wicked light boat though . . . :unsure:

    It looks like the resin had at least cured to some extent, yet the glass layer peeled right off. I'm thinking that the problem may not be exclusively colder temperatures. I have glassed in 65-68˚ F without issue (use more MEKP)

    Looks like I re-built the motor in 2016. Here is a picture from my thread back then. I assume the 'washer' is where the arrow points? :unsure: From 2016 . . . Looks to be a rubber grommet maybe and a pressure fit once the tube is inserted?
