    Time for another update. Been very busy and making more progress. :) I'll need to do a bit of touch-up once everything is done. Wiring under the bow has been routed. Mounted, tested and works great! :encouragement:

    Some more pix. I had to hog out part of the throttle handle to allow the new switch to fit. But it's in there! And I'd misplaced those mounting screws but lucked out and found them a couple days ago. ;) I really don't like the TM battery in front of the console due to its 62 pound weight...

    Yeah... good ol' 20/20 hindsight. :playful: At the time of installation, I was moving along quickly, was too preoccupied and didn't take enough precautions. Paying for that now. Looking back, I should have gone with my original idea, which was to "sandwich" the seat mounting T-nuts...

    Hmmm... interesting. I'd not considered bolt direction. I just did a quick look online and the results were mixed. Some all in, others all out and others in combination. :noidea: The bolts I've already installed are gonna stay there since they're sealed in nice and tight with 3M 5200...

    SEPTEMBER 2019 I bought some custom aluminum plates. The bent piece is 1/4" and is used for the throttle mount. The PO had just used a piece of untreated 1/2" plywood held to the gunnel with a couple of screws. Flimsy. The wood rotted and the screws rusted. Ugh. :rolleyes: The other 1/4"...

    AUGUST 2019 White applied to topsides. Masking for the black trim started. One thing I learned in all my research was that once the paint is dry enough, get it outside in the sun to expedite the drying process! Otherwise, if it's left in an enclosed space, it'll get dull and take longer...
