No don't see that working, that would make it off level. Could use 1/4 plywood but that will pitch the lower out farther then the top. If I was dead nuts on precise with the 1/2 holes for the bolts holding the top, it could move top forward. But most likely I'm thinking would need to re-drill...
Good thought, I have one that will fit in my skill saw but won't be able to use water where it is. Can use a shop vac and dry (have done that before) sure is dusty.

Installing new microwave and all went well unit the last inch. Top of microwave came in contact with upper cabinet edge.
Go back to dimensions wide 30 x deep 15 x high 16.5
Old microwave was 16.25 high, dang all that work

If it was just a round with a hole thru, could make one out of PVC pipe or other plastic tubing. Might even find a plastic rod and drill hole thru
The new maker makes better coffee, my guess is it's hotter, older just wasn't that hot
But, the new pot says to uses 15 scoops to make 12 cups, dang, who the hell uses that much to make 12 cups.

No helicoil needed, just tap the existing hole for next size screw. Then remove existing screw from cap and use larger screw.

Yes, adjust for more choke
The internal spring gets stretched out a bit over time and needs a bit more. If the wire gets tight so it won't rotate enough, remove and adjust. If wire can not be reconnected then add more length
Those carbs leak out over time. A rebuild should stop the leaking. That said given enough time and fuel will evaporate. Had same carb on my other boat , same problem
Electric choke will fix the long time for choke to open
Might be the power of attorney thing by a dealer. When a car is sold to dealer owner signs Title and limited POA which allows dealer the right to resale and sign as original owner
