    Would recommend servicing the drive, replacing the bellows and the raw water impeller. Adjust the shift mechanism per the manual.

    Get a new DM flywheel. the crud from the clutch and other debris makes the two bits grind against each other. im not a fan of DM flywheels because they can not be serviced.

    900 motors is nothing on a maintained motor. the AQ100 hole is tiny. you may get away with just opening it up to the mercruiser keyhole
