    Can anyone help electrical question

Need a new motor and probably a new gear box as well since RPM factors into this as well ;) The flaw in your theory is that motors are wound to a particular HP rating. One (1) HP = 714 watts. Watts = Volts X Amps With Watts fixed by the motors HP rating, increasing the voltage simply...

Wonder if I should go IO again or go OB?

Foam has no bearing on weight capacity. The increased capacity is the direct result of reduced weight of the outboard power and the reduced size of the “massive and extended” swim platforms. The first boat back in 1994 was an I/O. Sold it in 1997 and bought an outboard..never looked back

    Battery Question

Yes, just like the ground for every circuit in your house is tied together at the fuse box to maintain a common ground potential.

    Battery Question

The supply should be different, but you want to keep a common ground between both batteries to prevent ground loops. Normally the (two) ground cable are tied together at a common point. Either via a dedicated bus bar or daisy chained between the battery ground posts then on to engine ground.

2006 225 4stroke runs poor until warmed up.

I see two normal thermostats and two plug in temp sensors. Temps sensors would be checked by varying the temp and checking the resistance values where in spec. I'm guessing a factory manual would give you the procedure and pass/fail values

    Osco? Ever wonder what happened?

Steel guy, as in steel mill, as well. Why cant you use different alloys with your molds? Unless it’s a cooling issue, you have me scratching my head.

https://continuouswave.com/whaler/reference/primer.html Orientation It is also advantageous if the primer bulb can be position in such a way that during priming it can be oriented vertically, with the direction arrow pointing skywards. This will allow gravity and the weight of the fuel inside...

    Primer Bulb

Otherwise your pumping the trapped water back into the system. Sounds like the system is air locked. If you've lost "prime", which you obviously have if you replaced the hoses, no amount of "pumping" is going to prime the system against the dead head of a fuel pump or separating filter in...

    Primer Bulb

Couple of things… The seperator is not in the correct location in the delivery system. The correct order is tank - separator - primer bulb - motor. Fuel must be “sucked” thru the separator, not pumped thru the seperator. The separator must be full of fuel or you will never get it the bulb...
