You should have codes with no TPS sweep. Not liking what your dealer is saying. Most the sensors run off a 5V reference voltage. Checking the TPS is easy enough with a ohm meter

All motors even new ones have a small amount of blow by. As motor gets older it can increase. Looks to be poor design but motor is fine

The gas may have phased separated. If it's not clear and does smell like gas then it needs to be replaced Replacing points and condenser would be in order and cheap enough

4.3 GXI-F Volvo Penta cranks but will not start

These new motors need a scanner to find out what's happening. Diacom software on a laptop can record data while its running then it can be reviewed later

    My boat run slowly. 120HP,2.5L,1989

Your entire motor is tired. If 100 is accurate then the motor is basically running on 3 cylinders. The 100 cylinder is working but not much power is coming from it. The other 3 are tired also with 120 and then add in blow by and if motor was mine I would rebuild it

Your not engaging the drive in-gear. Rotate The lower drive shaft so the prop locks in counter-clockwise (I said prior clockwise but should be counter-clockwise) direction. Need to do this so the drive is engaged in the forward direction. Not doing it in this manor means the drive is in...

    identify my stern

The Seloc manuals for the most part are junk, you need a Mercruiser manual number 4 for the MC-1 or 6 for the MR To connect lower to upper, rotate the shift shaft/foot so prop lock in a counter-clockwise direction. Shift foot facing forward. Place a bungee cord on the prop so it stays locked...
