    If the rust bothers you. Hit it with a rattle can of black engine paint If the rust really bothers you, pull the starter, pull the dizzy, hit the rust with a wire brush. Then hit it with a rattle can of engine paint. Don't forget the timing cover that never had paint on it from the factory

    It's nearly impossible to get parts from a boat only a year or two out of production from a company still in business Any of the generic bits can be found thru the manufacturer such as rub rails, hardware, etc. However custom bits may need to be sourced used or thru the sites like great lakes, etc
