    How damaged are these threads.

Tapered pipe threads. Not bad at all... Grind off the top distorted thread(s). Taper the end just a wee bit and it will thread right back on. Use pipe sealer if you need a water proof connection

    Impulse/Uniden depth gauge

Transducers are consumables. The chances of it working are pretty small. Not to mention transducer connectors are not standardized between vendors. Matching a head to the transducer would tough. Easier and less risk to just replace the unit in its entirety

Little known salt water impeller housing

What does “heavy duty” buy you? Is this a Chrysler specific issue? I run outboards in saltwater 300-400 hours a season. Easily 200 hours of that trolling. Never had cooling issues. If anything, I run too cold while trolling.

    Trim tab feedback

Agree..... My 200 HP jumps right up on plane with a much bigger (22’-6”), heavier (#4,500) boat. I’m running hydraulic tabs but only use to adjust running angle and “lean” once up on plane

    ....stocking up for Corona virus

Our company is considered essential services. Nothing changed for us over the past year except getting temp taken to access facilities and wear a face shield or mask around “concerned” customers. Really enjoyed the lack of people on the highways and airports as I traveled around the country...
