    Post your voltage at the battery, post your voltage at the battery side of your soloniod, post your voltage on the he starter side of the solenoid while someone turns the key. Most likely in that area. No wing nuts!

    Being freshly rebuilt I'm going to say 130 to 140 lbs but you wonder about things like the gearcase. Might want to have your own mechanic give in the "once-over"

    I rebuild and painted a lund. I used a marine paint from Finland but the primer is the main thing. Epoxy primer for aluminum.

    This is probably what you need to do to your shift shaft. Go to the 2/3 or 3/4 mark of this video and you will need your correct measurement.
