service the lower unit - seals, oil, etc.
I personally like analog gauges as you can see all engine functions at a 1 second glance vs having to take your eyes off the horizon and stare at a monitor to read and comprehend the data from vessel view
the wood may need sealant
if the transom shield has 5200 on it, you may need some debond 5015

the last glued in transom shield I removed, I used plastic window wedges, debond and a flexible razor

some of the houseboats have I/O's and do not get pulled every year for the annual drive maintenance. that usually leads to the houseboat on the bottom.
