    Yes 9 pin will be the same, neither use pin 9 and in most cases it's not there Double check the intakes. Pre-vortec has 12 bolts. Vortex has 8 bolts

    Welcome Most diesel tanks don't have a vent line, because they constantly circulate fuel from tank to injection pump and back to the tank. Look for USCG Type A1 fuel line, it's rated for gas and diesel

    Your looking at the tank, or if that is just a board then follow the hose back to the tank The hand side walled hose is the tank fill hose. Your vid shows it going along and up

    Cost of boats like cars mostly depends on the area. One area can be higher/lower then another The scratches are nothing to worry about and can be fixed easy with a bit of Gelcoat

    I'm talking Merc terminology, the way they are "listed" in manuals, parts and on cowling. Going back to the original "carb" comment; All "Mags" are 454, all 7.4 are standard Now so far as 7.4 MPI it is 310HP, the as 7.4 carb is 300HP

    Talking Merc only, the 454 Mag uses 502 heads and is a MPI I don't know of a Merc 7.4 Mag that uses a carb 454 Mag MPI 385HP 502 Mag MPI 415HP
