    1999 ficht 115 problems

You sure it is a FICHT? Any provision for sending unmixed Gas on these motors, thru the Crankcase would be a Catastrophe waiting to happen

1987 mercury 115 bogs after full throttle

Asa previously mentioned, like a fuel Starvation issue. Pull the Fuel Pickup out of the tank and inspect for contamination of the Strainer on the end of it. I used to find a Jelly like substance on the screens in my tanks.

    Ez loader trailer

What make and model is it? I would like to know so I can avoid it when shopping for a new vehicle. The car I mentioned earlier, has an Aluminium Trunk Lid. Very flimsy, you can put a permanent Dent in it, just by pressing your Thumb against it. Not a very good metal except for cookware

    Ez loader trailer

    Ez loader trailer

Myself, I would never trust Aluminium to be strong enough to carry a load. To me, it is a brittle metal that snaps apart, my only choice is Steel.

    Ez loader trailer

    $250 Boat in my possession!!

No, that is not the Prop that was shipped with the Engine. Personally, I think no Prop should shipped with any engine over 8 hp. All Props should be selected upon Motor installation. I can't say how many times the Engine was swapped, but the Evidence is there, that it at one time, had a Mercury...

    Why Oil Injection?

A full tank cannot slosh much, and sloshing doesn't really do much mixing. The gas at the top moves a bit, but the Oil at the bottom just slides back and forth a bit. Some people think that tipping the tank over once or twice mixes the contents. In reality the Tank rotates around the contents...

    $250 Boat in my possession!!

Whoever removed the Merc that was on there before the Evinrude, didn't do a very good job of Sealing the old Bolt Holes. That Evinrude is a 1966, at least the Cowl is That Prop is the 11 X 9 part# 376738. It was a for use on Tugs/Barges. @5000 rpm it might get a boat up to 20mph, anything...
