    Might be using a bit to much oil if it's killing the motor. Oil will not damage the filter, and as more gas gets mixed with it, it thins out. Do understand why you toss it though

    Never been on a Angler boat so have no first hand knowledge, but even the boats I have owned if piping needed to be replaced I could see where that may also be needed. Need to look, maybe there is access and pipes/hoses can be pulled thru from one location to another. If cutting is necessary...

    One 3 bank charger can charge the 3 you mentioned, or a 4 bank can charge all of them. Doesn't matter if 2 are in series
