    Normally a 3.o will have one filter in fuel pump bowl and another in carb inlet. Both are small. You can follow the fuel line back to tank and see if someone added a canister fuel filter to it.     Ok if you just bought it some basic maintenance is likely needed what do spark plugs look like ? agree likely fuel related, would inspect and change fuel filter, clean and rebuild carb, inspect cap and rotor. has water pump impeller engine oil gear lube been changed? Inspect bellows for cracks

    This valve is stuck open as said remove the head. Take head to machine shop for valve job may need new guides and valves won’t know until you strip it down

    Not if the drive is off. If that video was shot with the drive off I would start with the drive belts on the front take them off run it a short time see if it goes away.

    Yes but you need to disconnect the hoses drop them under the engine and reconnect on other side. Would also check you wiring harness can reach. I think unusually they get power off the starter positive lug. You certainly can modify the harness just a lot more work.

    If it was clean and you let the adhesive tack up for a few minutes and it came off then the clamp must not have been on right. These are not OEM Merc bellows right? That could be part of the issue
