I have the Off -On- Both switch on my system.
It has four (4) terminals on the back - House in/out and Start in/out
OFF - All power off
On - Power to Start (piggy backed Start load circuit) - House Load Center
Both - Combines House and Start batteries to motor
That's opposite of the way it was...

Why the floating bus bar up front? Grounds should be connected to buss bar on the front load center to prevent ground loops.
Don't feed switches from different load centers. Possible feedback loops through the two battery switches.
Nothing should be...

A friend has DTS on his 275 Verado.

Most cars have had “fly by wire” throttles for years. Most don’t know it
Dig a bit of digging.
Recommended battery is a 48 volt, 175 AH LiFePO4 battery (#216) @ $3,800 usd.
Requires a special, 48V, 35A charger @ $600 and charging pigtail @ $250 the best I can tell
Shouldn't be hard to find...

I find it interesting that SeaFox says nothing about their hull design except that it has a 18 degree dead rise. Makes me somewhat suspicious of the ride quality.
The 18 degree deadrise isn't all that concerning, mine sports a 20 degree, but most boats marketed / designed for the "offshore"...
