    yes, anything above 2 psi and the floats open then the next thing is the proper sized carb.

    the coil will fire until voltage is below 9 volts.

    the only downside to points is if they sit, the point faces oxidize and need to have a points file run thru them. this is normal spring time tune-up. takes less than 5 minutes to file points, set dwell and set timing and that includes finding the dwell meter, timing light, screw driver...

    all the amazon ones are chinese junk original mechanical pumps are Carter. under $50 from Summit Racing test the fuel pressure. more than 7psi and you run the risk of pushing the needle and seat open.

    I would pull the motor to get the bits out of the oil pan and to get a good seal on the pan/front cover

    only legal place to get a good manual new is your local dealer or direct from the publisher. https://www.outboardbooks.com/ you can get used on ebay. stay away from chilton, clymer, haynes, seloc, etc.

    clean the back of your gauges, the ground buss and all the connections at your sender. if tapping on your gauge makes it move, you have a bad connection somewhere

    define what you mean by cleaned the tygon fuel line is there from your fuel line to the carb in the event your fuel pump fails it will pump the fuel into the carb and not the bilge. because if it pumps into the bilge, you blow up and die. if you have fuel in that line, you have a ruptured...

    your videos are blurry and cant read the numbers just post the numbers also, I dont have sound on my home computer. so I cant tell if you took the boat out and did a hole-shot (full prop load) to read the fuel pressure. dropping to 2 psi and you will have an issue as you probably wont open...
