    Explosion and Fire Danger

your boat is 35 years old. the fuel lines are good for about 15-20 years. have you followed the USCG / IMO requirements on fuel system inspection? if all the lines and the tank are in properly maintained shape, you are fine. No need to add any ventilation if the lines and tank are in proper...

Bayliner color charts for Liberty 2150

find two colors you like. doesnt matter what the gel was in 1977. there is no extra value in matching a color from 50 years ago. also, gel colors change minutely change from lot to lot as well as with UV exposure. you cant match gel sprayed 6 months ago, much less gel sprayed 50 years ago

    Bilge Pumps

Sureflow or Rule are the two that I would recommend. for a cheep one, no less than an Attwood. you shouldnt need to put a cage around the pump. just keep the bilge clean.

    Glasspar Avalon Restoration

before you do any work, you will need to get the boat in your name. since it has a serial number and not a HIN, you are dealing with a boat older than 1972

Be easy on me please. Total newbie.

being a 1990 searay that sat. I would seriously do some test drills on the transom and stringers prior to worrying about the motor. my guess is that the boat will need about $5k worth of hull restoration long before you have to worry about the motor.

    Spark plug heat range

I would go just one number richer on the jets. Half the plugs are perfect, the other half are just a tad too white

    Oil Drain plug

With a gallon of water, that motor should be coming out
