    Being a 6.2 it was probabley during the change over to permalube bearings. As Tank said, pull the drive every season and check for roughness. Then do the rest of your maintenance

    Did you check close to 5 psi and rotate the drive and prop shaft? If so, run it next season and pull the drain plug just enough every once in a while to see if something starts to show up

    The knock sensor picks up on a per-ignition knock, but is actually heard as a ping. If this is an actual knock (some louder) then might be something else.
