    When I look up the 94 model 120 HP it says-=---3 gaskets required per assembly.------The people that write parts manuals may not be trained mechanics !!

    Some will argue.-----I have had no issues with WISECO pistons.-----Rather use them instead of some made from ' chinesium " material.-----I believe Wiseco is a good product.

    Many shops have DEMANDED that the factory stops selling / providing parts in quantities of ----ONE-----Too much shop time is wasted !!-----That is why parts are now sold in kits and it saves everybody some beer tokens.-----So that package should have 5 gaskets to cover the 2 , 3 , 4 and 5...

    These motors have a hole in the side of the cylinders.----This hole bleeds off compression at idle and cranking speed ( compression test ) and makes for smoother idling.---Hence the 90 PSI from your testing.-----At high RPM there is not enough time for air to leak out of this wee hole !.-----

    Reed valves have nothing to do with compression in the cylinder !-----Pushing in the key opens the fuel primer valve.---Pushing in the key does NOT activate " quickstart." ------Quick start advances ignition when engine is cold.

    You could make a gasket.----Take one of the bolts ( 1/4-20NC ) to a hardware store and get some new ones.

    Test compression.-----See if spark jumps a gap of 3/8" on both leads.-----You must install a new water pump impeller.

    Do not use any RTV type sealer anywhere on that motor.----Use BRP gelseal on crankcase to block ---metal to metal ----joint.
