2005 350 mag (5.7) smartcraft faults Water pressure + fuel level sender

This changes everything  my bad, I was off in the wrong arena Smartcraft uses a CAN bus, but .... that gauge will connect to the data link. The kit should come with instructions, but it basically gets daisy chained form the harness of other gauge. You do have to install the sensor...

    Bravo One OD

Correct, it happens just behind the intake water hose where it attaches to the transom assembly. Not a hard fix, and is usually done when replacing bellows. My 95 Rinker had no signs of it by installed the new design anyway when replacing bellows

    Low priority but

Can we happen to make this little (very little) close mark a tad larger? Open the pic, look and try to close it using a touch pad is real hard, even a mouse is touchy. Sometimes I just give up and arrow back and then find the thread again Low priority but would sure like it if it was a tad...

350 Mag fuel pump cuts off intermittently

I'm thinking a bad connection, either on the Green wire between Pin A19 and Relay pin 86, or the fuel pump ground (not shown in pic). Could also be a bad connection on the hot side, but would start with ground on fuel pump first

    Lost gas cap

Could use a measurement across the opening, but it looks like the standard 1 1/4 inch fill cap. Perko makes one, and Seachoice has a chrome replacement. Iboats has the whole fitting, but nothing except yam for cap, found the seachoice cap at walmart

I have to take my gas tank out

Only boats I know of that have wiring diagrams are the high end ones, the regular ones don not. Most use the standard lay out and add more for accessories. That said the boat probably wouldn't need much more

    Crossed the battery terminals

It probably is the ECM, but look for 12V on the Pink/White wires on the injectors. I think the Gi uses the MEFI ECM and if so, use a LED and paper clip on the dlc as shown to see if any codes show up. Install and then count pulses

    No power to guages

Would follow the red/purple wire back to the fuse and is probably an inline fuse This is your issue There is a 90 amp fuse on the starter post, it looks square and is there to protect the alternator. Put meter on the starter post and you should see 12V. If 12V is there, then check for 12V...
