    you sure you have spark? the 1999-2003's suffered from crappy ignition trigger modules easy to check for fuel. with spark arrestor off, look down the throat of the carb for a stream of fuel when someone gives it throttle. if you have fuel, you may not have spark.

    Start with basics. What is the compression? Can the spark jump the 8mm gap as indicated above? Has the flywheel key sheared? If all above is good, only thing left is fuel system (carb, fuel pump, etc)
