    stringer tubs as stated in post #8 depending on the factory, they each add foam a bit different some hose the foam on the bottom side of the deck and rough shape with an electric chainsaw to fit into the hull.

    check compression its not the pushrods, or it would sound like a bucket of marbles in the drier reving in neutral can be done with only 4 cylinders firing and very little fuel. It means nothing running terrible under load is usually fuel system (lack of sufficient fuel)

    May need to pull the fuel pump/sender assembly. You may find that the carbon canister spit the pellets into the tank. Which will cause the pump to suck air before its empty

    My guess your coupler is toast However based on 220 degrees, every bit of rubber in the exhaust path is also burnt toast ( no cooling water means your exhaust goes from 250 degrees to 1200 degrees)

    if you have a michigan prop, than contact them. factory volvo props are bonded, and most aftermarket props are.

    no way to get any siphon valve down the fill neck. most do a 90 degree at the tank. either pull the Anti-Siphon valve and replace with normal fitting and use the pickup tube, or remove the sending unit and siphon from there.
