    its never the coil. coils either work or down. what is your compression numbers? what is your fuel pressure? what is your starting procedure? when was the last time you cleaned the carb?

    before you pull anything apart. pressure test the cooling system, do a compression test as well as a leak down test. without the diagnosing of those 3 tests, you are looking for a needle in a stack of needles.

    you mean the motor mounting blocks? then yes, cut out the old, hang and align the motor and then build new motor mounting blocks and glass them in to come up to the new motor mount location.
