    Are you doing all of this revving in neutral (not indicative of anything) or under load? The 3.0 is not smooth, but shaking makes me think that you're not running on all 4 cylinders. While fuel issue is most likely, a pooched valve/other mechanical issue could cause those symptoms as well.

    Not sure if you actually realize the point of this forum, but it's DIYers looking for advice on how to fix their boats. "Get a mechanic" is NEVER the answer here. There is nothing on a carb'd 3.0 short of machine work that can't be tackled by a shade tree mechanic.

    Meh, I do that routinely. I did change the back to back lounger/jump seat setup to a rear bench/2 captain's chair setup. 4 adults easy on the rear bench, 2 in the chairs, 2 comfortably in the bow. Sub out a couple of adults for kids and can do more than that somewhat less comfortably. 19'.

    65 gallons seems big. If you want to get an accurate answer you might need to do some tank draining (not that hard) or depending on how much tank is visible you can do some rough measurements.
