    1982 60hp possibly fuel issue - need help.

    I have an internal fuel cell. Recently, at around 2500-3500 rpms or 8-10mph so just coasting the motor sounds like it was throttling back and then pick back up. It wouldnt do it constantly but every few minutes. If i go to the back and squeeze the primer bulb its soft and I wont have any issues...

    I noticed that my cam follower has a worn mark going down the center. So i have bought a new one to replace it but not sure how the old one pops off just yet. Is it machine pressed or should it just pop off?
