I have a 175Hp Oceanrunner o/b , It runs Great, Normal ratio of 50/1 for 3 years is on target.<br /> But it seems to me that it smokes more than I see other O/B's smoke.<br />I was told that this is normal for Johnson.<br />Please confirm! thanks

Recently at a boat show a Johnson rep told me I should replace the thermo when I replace the water pump. I replace the water pump at 100 hrs, and when I run all seems well,and no overheating. Do you agree?
